Meet Shane Choo
Shane is an international financial speaker, trader and investor with over 15 years of experience trading and investing in local and international stocks, ETFs and currency.
Coming from a humble beginning, he learned the importance of money and investment in improving the quality of life. Back in 2008, he saw an opportunity to invest in the market during the global financial crisis. He took his student loan (PTPTN) to invest in the stock market, and he has never looked back since.
After spending a decade in honing his craft, Shane has made his way up to be one of the most sought-after educators in the industry. He believes everyone deserves a financially stable life and the key to achieve that is through prudent investing. The strong conviction leads him to founding WealthFort International, dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve sustainable wealth.
Shane is an International Certified Professional Trainer by IPMA, UK, and a HRD Corp Accredited Trainer. As a trainer, he is often engaged by investment banks and securities firms to train their retail clients in investment. Since 2015, Shane has been appointed by Malaysia’s National Stock Exchange – Bursa Malaysia to design and conduct investment curriculum to young investors and retail investors worldwide. He has been invited as a guest speaker by over 30 universities to teach the students about investment.
